Beyond delight; the memorable experience framework
The previous feature was about delight, this author suggests a way to go beyond delight by applying the memorable experience framework to product design. The framework is based on positive psychology, and has five main components that contribute to the well-being of individuals.

This post popped up in my LinkedIn feed this week, and what caught my attention was the heartfelt and detailed analysis of why the founder was pivoting.
"A gradual realization for us was that the ‘Technical’ risk in our product was not Engineering related but rather Design related. Since the underlying insurance product(s) are so complicated, Design is more important than Engineering."
A short, but interesting read....
