Sonos says its controversial app redesign took ‘courage’
SONOS released a redesigned mobile app earlier this month with missing features like sleep timers, broken local music library management, and removed the ability to edit playlists or the upcoming song queue. More alarmingly, the Sonos app’s accessibility has also taken a hit.
And that’s why I don’t have automatic updates turned on. I am scared to open the Sonos app, and will use Pandora to stream to my SONOS device instead of using their app.
